An acting executor redacted property numbers on my legal copy of a relatives last will naming me amongst them that I am to ''share'' international properties......including all astronomical past due taxes the deceased left on each of them........how do I get out from this 'pending' legal mess each of them are about to face off..........ontop of the clear financial noose, they hired a shady attorney from nowhere to see if those properties even exist.....phht ...........pls, ty!. I say since the moron executor removed those #s only on my copy shooting all of them in the foot I'm under no obligation to pay for any stupid expenses they incur, besides I signed no contracts with them nor agreed to an attorney.. @Pat not sure why the idiot acting executor thought blacking out #s could stop me from pursuing a true and certified copy of the filed original will, I demanded they send another true copy as is. There are no more estates the deceased left to be had to pay for anymore current or future expenses. Also providing if there are any properties to split considering NO taxes has ever been paid on those ever, their shady lawyer will want their money for all their wasted time on this worthless pending issue whether he turns up anything or not..

You'll need to be able to track who came in from what ad, did that ad lead to a sale. It's important to know which ads are profitable and which are not.. . 10) You'll also want to draw a fine line in your business. You're a hardware guy - you don't want to be caught up doing two jobs for a client or they will take up all your time (IE if you are building them a website, you are not also setting up their local network).. . 11) Track the time it takes you to build you're website with all these features. Use this as a benchmark for what you'll charge in regards to time when you build other sites. You may get quicker with some of the html and such, but each client will change their mind about graphics and layouts and you'll probably find that you'll spend a great more time with the design and layout than anything else.. . 12) Some clients may want Flash. If you want to offer this - you'll need to learn it. Flash also ahs it's own scripting language. You'll need to learn this too.. . 13) Consider finding people who know this stuff already and are willing to contract out for you, in case you're overloaded.. . If you are granted 'half a house' in a will this means that the person who made the will expects you and the person granted the other half to make some sort of agreement as to how this will be handled. If neither person desires to keep then house then the house can be sold and the proceeds divided among the co-owners. If one person wishes to keep the house then that person can purchase the other person interest in the house. Or the co-owners can agree to allow one person to live in the house for a period of time then decide what to do later.. . The issue is in your ability to come up with a mutually acceptible arraingement for how to handle the jointly-owned property. If you cannot come up with an agreement the executor (the person named in the will as responsible for disposing of the estate) can make the decision for you and order the house sold and the proceeds divided between you.
