Me & my husband are in a bit of a situation. My husbands ex partner is refusing us to see the kids (2 boys aged 4 & 3). She has been very sporadic over the last 18 months..Sometimes she will let us have them, and other times she refuses..there is no routine for the children. On the odd occasion when we have had hem, they have had a brilliant time.. We take them out fun places, have pic-nics and they are really happy boys.. Basically, I want to send her a 'solicitor letter' but we cannot afford the extortionate legal fees, so I thought I would send her one, to just basically give her a kick up the behind, into getting her act together for the sake of the children.. This is purely a last resort. We have tried phoning her, and texting her, but she will not pick up or reply. We have tried family memebers as a 3rd party but its not worked.. We cannot go round there as she will phone the police (she cries wolf all the time)... We do not want to cause trouble, all we want to do is see the children.. Most absent Fathers do not give a toss about their kids, and couldn't care whether they see them or not, but we are not like that.. I would appreciate if someone could give me a few pointers on how to write a good legal letter, that will give us access to the children.. Many Thanks.

Question about resumes. Help please.?

How to write a sexy letter in French?

edit: I did my legal name change 3 months BEFORE my RLT (went full-time in conjuction w/FFS). Before I did I checked with my employer and they were cool with it. So for a while at work I had two ID's. A male one on the outside for show purposes, and the new female one in my pocket.. . Before my RLT the only time I had an issue was when I bought a new computer. Because it was a large purchase they wanted to see my driver's license. At that time I was living as myself everywhere except work and still hadn't done the legal name change. So I had to give them the male license and show them my carry letter from my therapist. (Ick!) That was also the only time I ever used that carry letter.

Company names? Legal issues?
