    custodial power of attorney?

What kind of a contract do you havewith the person? If none then just a letter of "your services are no longer needed at this time". No biggy as you want to use the fewest words possible. And do not expand on any reasons for the dismissal.. . If there is a contract then you must abide by the terms of that contract.

A professional military has many advantages, but a big disadvantage is loss of civilian control. This is mitigated by things like ROTC where anyone can become a military officer. While it is inspiring that a man is a professional soldier and his father and grandfather were generals, it is scary, too.. . The US model of contracting military jobs to civilians is unwise. The line between civilian and soldier should be very clear.. . Compulsary military service would educate the public on the role of the military and will keep the civilian population attuned to what their (adult) children are being asked to do. The sacrifice and misery that our soldiers experience is not as appreciated as it should be.. . That addresses any compulsary military service. Should conscription be universal, disregarding gender? Yes, if there is to be conscription at all. Local draft boards should be able to exempt or defer individuals who are unsuited to military service and alternatives should and can be found for them.

Okay, so i'm filling out an application form online and sending it to the university i'm interested in. Reference is required and i've given the reference but they have also asked to send the reference in a document with the application. Now i'm confused as how to send the reference in document. Is there any reference paper that my referee can fill in? I really don't know how to get the reference in a written form from my referee. Please help!. . Thanks..

Have you ever even read a bill (much less the ones you've posted links to articles about)? If you had, you'd know they don't justify or argue or explain anything, again making "misinformation" totally irrelevant in the content of a bill. Ummm, do you understand what misinformation even IS?. . The way you phrased your question seems to indicate you do not understand much at all. I've read all three bills--and none of them is "informing" anyone of anything. A proposal is not meant to inform. You can criticize them for factual errors, calculations that are flawed, predictions that are weak, but "misinformation"? Grow up!
