• Sherri Dennis is a registered nurse and an attorney, with over 25 years of combined experience in her two professions. A graduate of the University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Campus, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, she is experienced in many areas that focus on the care of needs of the elderly: from primary hands on treatment in critical care to coordinating healthcare services through case management. In 2003, Sherri furthered her education and commitment to the elderly by earning her law degree from George Mason School of Law and focused her practice on litigating elder abuse in longterm care facilities.

  Since joining Clark & Associates Sherri uses her experiences as a nurse and attorney to assist clients in a wide variety of elder law matters including: estate planning, end of life issues, residency needs and issues, coordinating private and public resources for funding care, and advocating for the rights of seniors.

  Sherri lives in Leesburg with her family and is an avid gardener. Modern farming is not to be taken lightly. My family owns a farm in California and we're clashing with the Environmental strong hold on water to the North of us. This year we have a 10% water allocation and is likely going to be a rough year. But, we also have a managing arm that allows us to assign risk to the investors who purchase the land -- there's a flat-fee arrangement and a profit share so the additional revenue will help minimize the risk. Lots of rich people in the world looking for investment vehicles...with land prices so low, you might want to consider finding out who owns the land around you and managing some crops for investors. Real estate agents can help -- investor pays the load fees...no risk to you. At least you'd have some buffer should the El Nino year come along and the fruit burns in the field.
