  • Robert C. Blank was born in Long Branch, New Jersey. Prior to moving to Florida, he practiced law in New Jersey, primarily representing injured people. When he lived there, Mr. Blank was a member of the Board of Governors of the American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial Lawyers of America)?New Jersey and a member of the Monmouth Bar Association, Monmouth County, New Jersey. I don't know what kind of agreement you made, but if you are talking about a "final payment" type agreement, you can always write on the top of the endorsement part (back) of the check "endorsement constitutes full and final payment as agreed".
