Ok so i had this friend who wanted me to buy some concert tickets online for her but she had no credit card at the time, so she asked me to use mine and that she'd pay me back as soon as she had the money. So anyway, the other day i caught her talking about some issues i had spoken to her about in confidence. I confronted her about this and had a huge fall out, so we r no longer friends. Anyway, she still owes me money for the tix and now is asking me to give her back what she has already paid me and that she doesnt want the tickets anymore. IS that legal? Do i have the right to force her to pay me back the rest?? i have a note written by her before the argument occurred in which she states how much she has paid me and how much she still owes me. Would i be able to use this as evidence that she owes me money? she says we only entered a verbal contract and that they do not count. Is this true, how can i go about this?.
Bill collectors are calling my relatives several times`a day. Now they also have a law` office calling. I'm in a debt settlement program and so when i get enough money saved up they call the creditors and start negotiating an amount i pay. Is there a letter i can write to stop the phone calls?.
Just ask them for the application forms, instructions on completing the forms and any other information that they may have./
