what happens if someone was a power of attorney and they continued to pay bills after the person has died ?

is there any laws in the UK that companies must keep records of their purchase orders for a certain period of time?. I am having a heated discussion with a customer about an unpaid bill that has a PO number. She claims that they delete their PO records after a few months or so, and now she doesn't recognise the PO number quoted. My former colleague didn't ask for a hard copy of the PO at the time even though it is our procedure.. I would appreciate sources of your information if there is a law. . the joys of a small business :). . thank you.

Individuals under the age of eighteen may contract in New York. But those individuals may disaffirm most contracts after reaching the age of majority. Certain loans, the acquisition of medical care and insurance, cannot be disaffirmed and thus are enforceable against such minors even after they reach the age of majority. Also, athletes and artists under the age of eighteen may contract for their services (but they have to get judicial approval and it's a royal pain). If an individual is under eighteen and married, they may contract for the purchase of a home without the disaffirmance after reaching majority. Also, emancipated minors can enter into binding contracts.. . So yes, the 17 year old can disaffirm or void his contract to purchase the vehicle. But if the 17 year old continues to use the car and continues to make car payments after his or her 18th birthday, it may be argued that he or she has ratified the contract.

I was curious how you would go about this process. We've been contacting lawyers but not very many of them offered free legal opinion(therefor I didn't want to bother in case they didn't have the answers or weren't the right type of lawyer I was looking for). Their rates were sort of high end(I will also take numbers if anyone knows them). We are getting married and plan to reside in Canada.. . Regardless, I am curious if I could stay in the country after we're married. I plan to get a job right away, because it's not in my nature to live off of people. I've heard through the grapevine that you have to wait 3-4 months before being able to work after being married? Also that he will have to sponsor me, which isn't a problem. But what exactly is the sponsoring process? Sorry for the long question, but it's hard to find the right information where it's not completely scattered and useless. What is really comes down to is
