For a school project, I need to write a letter to President Bush about human rights. In the first paragraph, I am required to give my own definition of human rights. I am, however, having trouble starting it. Can anyone offer me any tips?.

lawyers are REALLY expensive and so EVERYONE should have the righ to fair legal representation-- IT IS NOT FAIR IN OUR CURRENT SOCIETY. Perhaps the reason there hasnt been such a full package is because it would upset the balance of power if even the poorer folks could afford representation? Just some thoughts...

The answer may vary from state to state. But in general, yes it is still valid. Usually, the POA remains valid until revoked.
