That is an unusual scenario. Usually the numbers are more in line. For instance if you pay the model $100 and sell a photo for $1,000 and the model decides to take you to court because he/she wants more money, you can just present the release form during the pre-trial hearings and probably have the case thrown out before it goes to court..
