I have a job interview and I am going to an assessment center for it. One of the key skills is Business letter writing skills.. The job is in a Customer Service office. Thanks.

I have an old Verizon bill back from 2003. It was sent to collections. It is reported on Experian and TransUnion, but not Equifax. It says date filed or first reported 09/2008. Last date reported shows 03/2009. From my understanding, that those are the dates that are reported on my credit reports, but not the date of first delinquency. I am 100% sure those are not the dates of first delinquency because I don't have any Verizon services since 2003. How can I find out the date of first delinquency if my credit reports does not have that information? Can I dispute this? What arguments do I have?.

What argument can be made on my behalf not to pay a real estate brokerage commission?
