______________. Me

I'm a photographer and have been approached by a band to use one of my images as their album cover, they would like to buy the entire copyright from me for a fee we have both agree upon. As part of this agreement there is to be a written portion that will state that I may still use the image for my own self promotion but may not sell it (as a print for example) without written permission from the production company. I completely agree with these terms as the fee is very generous and I will have full credit on the album and anywhere else the image gets used. What I want to know is, are there any template legal or written documents for this type of transaction and if so where can I get hold of one? The only other info that may alter things is that I am in the UK and the band are American..

Name change in KY, is petition the order I send to Social Security office?

Any letter expressing an intention to take (or not take) an action, sometimes subject to other action being taken. The letter of intent, in this case, makes it possible for the customer to negotiate the participation loan.. . 2. preliminary agreement between two companies that intend to merge. Such a letter is issued after negotiations have been satisfactorily completed.. . 3. promise by a Mutual Fund shareholder to invest a specified sum of money monthly for about a year. The expression of a desire to enter into a Contract without actually doing so.. Example: After a preliminary meeting, the Five Stars Development Company writes to a landowner, "We wish to enter into a contract to buy your land and will further pursue this matter in coming days. This letter of intent does not commit either party to purchase, sell, or lease.". . Small Business Encyclopedia: Letter of Intent. . A letter of intent is essentially a document that summarizes the major ingredients of a proposed transaction, including the price, payment method, and important target dates (for contract signing and closing). In most cases, the letter of intent is not legally binding, but it is nonetheless regarded as a useful tool. As Charles F. Claeys observed in Small Business Reports, "the non-binding letter confirms that the buyer and seller have reached a sufficient 'meeting of the minds' to justify the time and expense of executing a final purchase and sale agreement." A letter of intent is most often utilized in situations in which one party is selling a business or facility to another, but the document may also be used to delineate the relationship in a supplier/customer agreement.. . Architecture: letter of intent. . A letter signifying an intention to enter into a formal agreement, usually setting forth the general terms of such agreement.
