I would think that he would have to honor the contracts, it. the current owner has already been paid in full then your. B/F needs to work out how is to be compensated. maybe. cash in escrow or lowering of the current price. If the contracts. are for a fixed cost (assuming repair) he will need to look. at the contracts and see if it allows for an adjustment in. costs and the time frame that he needs to give advance . notice.. . He can also contact the people that have the contracts and. tell them that he is going to purchase the business and. that the current contracts will no longer be honored and. then change the name of the company.. . I would suggest though that he talk to an attorney, let him. look over the contracts and his contract of sale for the. business, the attorney will be able to offer much better. and more accurate information

#1 thing to sell a home: pick a top real estate broker in your market.

i agree with above definitions of power and authority. External controls are things like barricades, barbed wire fences, police, needing a ticket to enter someplace, hitting someone or holding them down, etc. Internal controls are when you control your own behavior because of what you learn from your societal norms - not sneaking into a movie theater, not talking about explicit things around children, not stealing (because you think its wrong and know you may get caught, not because of the detectors at the door or employees watching), or doing all your chores before your parents ask you to - its kinda like an internalized authority - not something you can see or touch.

Is it a good idea to tell the company, you are seeking work for, that you are looking for a job so you can save up for college in another state? If not is it good to tell them during the interview?.
