• After law school, Ms. Flynn clerked for the Honorable A. Harris Adams, Cobb County State Court (Judge Adams is now a Justice on the Georgia Court of Appeals). After clerking for Judge Adams for over a year, Ms. Flynn moved to Birmingham, Alabama where she worked as an insurance defense attorney at the law firm of Duell, Yearout & Spina, P.C. After leaving Duell, Yearout & Spina, P.C., Ms. Flynn worked as an associate at the law firm of Porter, Porter & Hassinger, P.C. in Birmingham where she focused on insurance defense litigation and workers' compensation defense. She represented clients such as Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC and Asplundh Tree Expert Company. Ms. Flynn grew up in Albany, GA and returned home to her roots in 2002 where she joined in with Robert M.
