Changing my name and title?

Wow, good question man!. . Of course with any business, you're guna need some funds (or venture capital) to start things off. This can be your own personal savings, loaned money, or if you are lucky enough to find any investors who are willing to buy into your idea then that is always good!. . The best products to start your company off with is T-shirts and stickers. These are relatively low cost to produce and if popular will generate enough profit to expand your business. Be wary though, as the T-shirt industry is highly competitive and you don't want a garage full of 500 t-shirts when you are only selling 2 per week tops. As big as your dreams may be, you've got to keep your perspective realistic.. As for the production of your t-shirts, you could go for the home-made style with spray paints and other craft materials, or if you are after a more professional appearance, check your local business directory for printers. Ask for a prospectus or sample to see if the quality matches what you are after.. You also have to keep customer satisfaction in mind, as no one will support your brand if the design washes off quickly, or the stitching comes undone easily. There is a perfect balance you must find between cost and quality.. . You also have to get your name out, get a website built (or Myspace page if you are on a budget). Try to become friendly with your local skate community, ask your local skater-woned shop whether they will stock your product, see if you can sponsor local skate events in any way (I'm not talking sponsored riders yet, hold your horses - I mean chucking a few free shirts in the prize pile, chucking some stickers into the crowd etc).. . If you have a nice fanbase coming together, see if you can get some of those fans to work in your favour, similar to how bands use street teams. Flow a couple of your biggest fans some products in return for some light manual labour, giving out flyers, promoting brand awareness and stuff.. . When you have a good amount of profit rolling in, it's time to think about boards. You can usually find board printers advertising in the back pages of skateboard magazines, however I'm not sure if their wood is at a good standard compared to most. If you want to go for a more "when in rome" approach, you'll probably want to talk to woodshops themselves and start talking designs and production. You'll need a decent amount of funds to back yourself with though, as I'm pretty sure they won't be too happy with producing a batch of 10 skateboards for a reasonable price.. . You'll probably only want to start with one, perhaps two designs on your decks also, no matter how much decent artwork you've come up for your brand, as new designs require new templates which are costly.. . If that all goes well (And if so, well done!) you'll be looking to expand your product catalogue (wheels, griptape, hats etc) and maybe take on some amateur riders. Always look to your local community and talent as your target and local market will appreciate this, as if their support and hard skating is being repaid by you in the form of free products and coverage. Have them enter competitions, get some media together to promote your brand...the side all skateboarders see when they look to the big companies!. . And if you get that far, then that's awesome! Good luck with it, as for names I don't think I'd be able to come up with anything relevant!

I found a lot of stuff that does not belong to me\false information\etc., etc..

how is a protein made?

The document would be titled "Resolution of the Board of Directors" - you could put in some "Whereas" clauses (for example, "Whereas, the board of directors believes it would be in the best interest of the Corporation to permit ____ to enter into contracts of up to $____" and "Whereas ____", the Board of Directors hereby adopts the following corporation resolution this ___ day of _____, 2008.. . "The individuals list on the Exhibit A attached to this Corporate Resolution shall have the authority to bind the Company to a contract not exceeding $_____ for the purpose of _________. This authority shall expire on _________ unless further authorization is made in writing by the board of directors.". . Yada yada yada - you get the idea.
