  • Rachel A. Kabb-Effron, Esq., CELA, is a partner in the Kabb Law Firm in Beachwood, Ohio specializing in Elder law and concentrating Social Security. She has served on the ethics committee of the Kethley House of Benjamin Rose Institute, the Jewish Community Federation's Task force of Agency Professionals, Older Adult Subcommittee and currently serves on the Jewish Family Service Association's Maturing Family Services Advisory Committee. Ms. Kabb-Effron was awarded the Pro Bono Award by the Young Lawyers Section of the Cleveland Bar Association. Ms. Kabb-Effron is a frequent lecturer for professional and community groups. Ms. Kabb-Effron graduated cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of law and with honors from the University of Cincinnati.
