• Rachel A. Kabb-Effron, Esq., CELA, is a partner in the Kabb Law Firm in Beachwood, Ohio specializing in Elder law and concentrating Social Security. Ms. Kabb-Effron was awarded the Pro Bono Award by the Young Lawyers Section of the Cleveland Bar Association. Ms. Kabb-Effron is a frequent lecturer for professional and community groups. Ms. Kabb-Effron graduated cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of law and with honors from the University of Cincinnati.
