I believe a 'Bill of Rights' should be implemented in the Australian constitution. What do you think? . What are the strongest arguments for a 'Bill of Rights'?. . This is a contentious issue, if you are against a 'Bill of Rights' then you are welcome to share your opinion..

Thank you and best regards. . Your signature here. . your name here

Get a power of attorney from your father, the forms are usually available at the DMV or download from their website.

Changing your first name is a different process. Last name changes for brides get fast-tracked and is made easy, but changing your name for non-marriage reasons is not as easy.. . It's not difficult, either, but you have to follow the process as set by your county. When I was 18 I had a middle name added (my parents didn't give me one), and basically it amounted to filing some paperwork, paying some fees, having a hearing with a judge where I swore I was not changing my name to avoid criminal charges or creditors, and then he granted it changed. My SSN card was amended, and I think my birth certificate was updated... not sure on that last thing, though.

Do you support universal health care?
