He is also admitted in the Federal Courts, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the United States Supreme Court. His law experience is varied, including Administrative Law (Social Security, Black Lung, Workers Compensation), medical-legal and engineering issues, industrial safety, and injury and disability law. He has a BS in mechanical Engineering from Ohio University (cum laude), Doctor of Law from Cleveland Marshall Law School of Cleveland State University, and is a graduate of the Professional Fellows Program at Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western University. Prior to becoming an attorney he worked as a mechanical and bio-medical engineer in machine design and artificial kidneys.

Ken resides in Beachwood, Ohio with his wife Elizabeth. He is an accomplished sailor with blue water ocean cruising experience, as well as the former owner of a sailing school. He has enjoyed motorcycling for many years and was involved in bringing a motorcycle safety course to Ohio and taught it for some years. In addition to a 50 Ton Coast Guard Masters License, he holds a private pilot license and is a great admirer of old aircraft and the pilots that flew them.

His writings have been published on a variety of subjects including articles on artificial organs, motorcycling, sailing, Hispanic history, law review, a small book of poetry, and a celestial navigation text for his sailing school.

"The Log of the Shalom, A Sailing Adventure of the Spirit" arose out of a 2500 mile single-handed cruise aboard his Cape Dory 27 "Shalom" from Cleveland, Ohio to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida in 1999. Following his return to Cleveland in 2000, he restored and re-fitted a Hans Christian 33T sailboat "Jade Moon," which he and his wife then cruised from Cleveland, Ohio to Puerto La Cruz, Venezuela during 2003-2006 via Hampton, VA to Bermuda, Tortola, the Caribbean islands, and return via the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, and north up the east coast of the United States, returning to Ohio by way of the Hudson River and Erie Canal.

Since his return in 2006 he has remained active in the practice of law with his daughter, Rachel Kabb-Effron, at the Kabb Law Firm.

People tend to critizise muslims and the Quran .....but as a christian, iv recently started to read the old testament....lets just say im shocked and at the way women are viewed . to me the old testament seems pretty violent, in saying that, a lot of the rules i notice are pretty much similar to whats mentioned in the Quran.. but why don't people make a big deal about the old testament or christianity for that matter??. @tony i disagree...im sure the bible mentions stuff about people who dont believe. well im freaked out because at school i only learnt the adam and eve story and jesus stories, otherwise there is lots of stuff that as a christian, i wasnt taught.

My mother died in Florida without a will.?

When I was a newborn, I was given a birth certificate, and it reads my last name as Love. But as a newborn some months later, I was adopted to a woman whose last name was something else, and I received a separate birth certificate with my last name as her last name, with Love completely removed.. . I've decided that I want my original name given to me by birth, and I want it to be legal and no longer attached to the name I have now. I want my original birth certificate to also be legitimate again. I don't want my adoption records erased or altered, I just want to legally change my last name back to what it was before the adoption occurred.. . How do I go about it, what is the process, what are the fees, can I get it done for free, do I need an attorney? How do I change my last name back to Love?.

the letter should be as long as it needs to be. Please note the line spacing!

First of all I would like to say that, for all the looking that I have done, I have yet to find a creation of a truly artificially intelligent machine in a general form, that is to say not a dedicated system. If someone has, please somehow let me know. I would be interested in studying it.. . What I have seen is limited forms of adaptive programming in dedicated systems. These are probably done in whatever language the designers wished to use, and then compiled into the machine code for the processor in the dedicated system.. . Another thing that I have seen is systems that use random number generators to mimic the relatively unpredictable nature of intelligent beings. Intelligent minds do not use random behavior, to do so would require too much effort, which is fine for a computer but is not going to happen with the lazy mind of the biological brain. This is not intelligence. It is merely a simulation.. . The software that is used depends on the approach that you wish to take. For a dedicated system, I would use the assembly language for the processor in the system. It is the language that has the most control.. . For general purpose AI on a PC type of platform, I would use a higher level language to save programming time, such as Visual Basic or ProLog. The language that is used is a matter of preference of the programmer, though different languages are structured to make different processes easier or more difficult.. . But to answer to your question, true artificial intelligence has not been created yet. I am pretty sure we would have heard about it if it had been.
