Both Testaments are integral to the faith of any true Believer.

In NEVADA, can someone sign a person's name to loan papers (real estate) without a power of attorney? Can they sign a person's name to mortgage papers without a power of attorney?

I tried to be reasonable and work things out with the step children. I thought we were all working together for the best plan of my father. They asked about my father living with them if it was okay with me. I said only if my father agreed to it, it's his personal choice. He said no to the step sons.. . My father was supposed to be released from the hospital. They told a bunch of lies, the step-son's wife called trying to make plans (and pretended she was me) I had never met the social worker, but had spoken to her. I go to the rehab place, and the step kids tried to set it up that my father could only be released to them and declared themselves as the family.(excluding me)
