lawyer Matthews, Brad R. Reviews

I'm at work and we started a non-profit organization. Other shops around the country want to learn to do what we do. However, we don't want to give them the tools unless we know they will offer this free of charge, as do we. Where can I find a template or format to write a legal document like that?.

With the job market so competitive right now, I don't think it could hurt to send a cover letter. I assume that they didn't expressly forbid it, or limit you to a certain amount of text. Do a little research on the company and incorporate some of the information into the letter, such as how your skills or experience particularly relate to what they do. I doubt that they're really thinking about expecting or not expecting cover letters, and you won't seem pushy. If anything, your application will stand out a bit from the others and make them notice you. Good luck!

This is the 21st century, which means you have the freedom in choice when it comes to your name. Thank goodness for that. If you want to keep your name, I'm all for it. Some women in my office have kept their names, and a man even changed his name to his wife's name. A few of the couples have hyphenated their kids' names. I think it's really cool when kids get the mother's name. I mean, after all, women are the ones who carry the baby for 9 months and give birth - a guy friend told me last night he agrees with this.

To Whom It May Concern:. . I am applying for the writing job advertised in the paper. As you will see from my attached resume, I am an experienced writer, and I look forward to discussing how my writing skills can bring value to your company.. . I can be reached here by emial or by phone: xxx (It should also be on your resume.). . Thank you for your consideration.

You probably won't learn a lot of "home state" law in law school, unless you focus on those types of upper-division classes. You will typically take a "multi-state bar exam" plus a state bar exam for each state in which you want a license. Some states do not accept the multi-state results and have constructed their own two-day examinations.. . There are many sources for the required "prep courses" for the multi-state and for each state bar exam, where the state bar tests your knowledge of local laws and rules, such as perhaps estate administration and real estate laws, tort and contract differences, among other things.. . After you have a license and practice in one state, some states actually offer "exam-free" reciprocity. You submit an application, a sizable fee, proof of "good standing" in your prior practice, and they waive the examination. Many, however, would still require you to sit for their state bar, such as in California.

I was recently made Poewer of Attorney over my father. I nned to know some information about insurance taxes and anything else anyone knows..
