• Zachary is from Smithsburg, in western Maryland. He went to Penn State University where he was an active member of the Pre-Law Society. In 2008, Zach graduated with a B.A. in Political Science. He received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011.

  During law school, Zach interned for the Washington County State's Attorney's Office. He also gained invaluable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable John N. Prevas, former Chief Judge of the Baltimore City Circuit Court. In his third year of law school, Zach represented low-income clients as a Rule 16 attorney with the University of Baltimore family law clinic. He had the opportunity to represent clients in both the District and Circuit Courts of Baltimore City.

  Upon completion of law school, Zach served as law clerk for the Honorable Leo E. Green, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County. Zach joined Discepolo LLP in 2012.
