Im want to send my information by normal mail to ford models i want to write a cover letter but should it be me writing the letter or my parent.
with total estate worth about one million, which is best to have, a living trust or a will ?
In MN the custodial parent must request and receive permission from the non-custodial parent agreement to move the children to another state. Does anyone have a letter template (in legal language) that makes this request?. The mother was divorced 2 years ago, but wants to move w/children from MN to a southern state with me. She is being told that the x-husband has to consent to allow the kids to move. Note: His participation with the children is very minimal and at his convienence.
i know his biological moms first middle and last name but the stupid law in NJ won't let me get the records even though my parents are the only relatives
