  • In 1998, firm founder Don Discepolo created this firm with a simple philosophy ? be the best-prepared attorney in the room. Period. It is a philosophy that the firm’s attorneys still live by today, in every case and with every client.

At Discepolo LLP, we have seen through decades of experience that courtroom theatrics do not win cases. Preparation does. Our team of Baltimore lawyers researches every detail of every case and assembles an unassailable, tailored strategy. In injury cases, we inundate ourselves with medical research; in criminal cases we thoroughly interview every witness; in family and financial cases, we review every document, and at all times, our attorneys have complete knowledge of the state or federal laws that impact a case.

Attorneys who are not prepared have already lost the battle

The combination of diligent preparation, investigation and research translates into concrete results for clients. Whatever your legal issue and its potential, Discepolo LLP will maximize it with our education, knowledge and experience.

    Expanding our practice nationwide

Firm attorneys are admitted to practice law in courts in Maryland, Washington, DC, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, but Discepolo LLP is increasingly helping clients across the country. A nationwide practice through local counsel permits us to bring our high-caliber representation to the towns where it is most needed.

what's the format of writing proposal (detail inside)?

There are a lot of quirks like this that are making it hard for me to edit the layouts of my blogs as efficiently as I should be. Particularly I am curious about how to adjust the opacity of objects beyond just picking the "transparent" option they give you in the color palette, but in general I am wondering if there is a guide for their specific tagging conventions? I've searched and searched, but there are only very basic instructions on the blogger help page, and all the lists I can find are from 2009/10 and just tell me default html markups, which as I mentioned above, don't seem to be working for me. Any blogger users out there who can give me more recent information? Even just a link to an up-to-date guide online would be much appreciated. Thanks!.

I have been filling out job application forms in california where I live with my new name I changed with a deed poll. But the social security number on the applications has my old name with that number. Is this why I have not been getting any job calls yet. Can I explain to them at the interview that I changed my name and have not got around to getting a new social security number with my new name yet because I do not know where the office is to get a new social security number. Or do all employers before they give a interview check the social security number before they call you for a interview to see if the name and numbers match. Or can you call the social security on the phone or write to them saying you have changed your name. So are they going to do a check before I get a interview or can I explain at the interview that I cahnged my name. Thank you for your help..

If you don't have an education to highlight, try to emphasize some of your key skills. Your r?sum? shouldn't be elaborate if you don't have much to put on it. Try looking for a simple r?sum? template that doesn't include a lot of work history.. . If you still don't feel comfortable with a relatively empty r?sum?, just write a nice, formal letter that explains how eager you are to work and some of your other positive qualities. Typically you don't need a r?sum? for very basic, entry-level positions.
