File with the court, the court will make sure that you are not changing your name to avoid any prosecution from any criminal past or to avoid alimony or child support. You will probably also have to post a legal notice in your local newspaper announcing your name change. This will allow anybody who might object to the name change to come forward to the court to plea their cause. These are usually people you might owe money to. As long as you are changing your name for legitimate reasons you should have no problem though.
