Watkins, Lourie, Roll & Chance, PC is a plaintiff's general civil trial practice firm. We concentrate on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death matters with particular expertise in medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, products liability, governmental liability, and motor vehicle accidents. We strive to achieve the largest settlements and verdicts possible for our clients within the bounds of ethics and the law.

We began our careers as defense lawyers and, as such, developed good working relationships with many experts, defense lawyers, and insurance company claims adjusters. We value these relationships and respect our colleagues in the industry. We hope and trust those sentiments are reciprocal. Consequently, we believe that we are able to advance our clients' cases efficiently and without unnecessary bickering. We know that our adversaries know we will be prepared for trial and that we welcome the opportunity to present our cases to juries. We take cases to try - not to settle. If settlement occurs along the way, then we have proudly served our clients' best interests.

Typically, at least two and most often three of our attorneys are very familiar with a particular case. We are very selective in the cases we take, and we push those cases we do take aggressively. We do this by maintaining flexibility in scheduling. Any one of us has the ability to interview witnesses, depose witnesses, attend hearings, and try cases. If one of us can't be there, another equally prepared attorney will be.

We have a policy of accessibility. We often answer our own phones and take client calls at home or on the road. We understand that your needs are sometimes urgent or that you just need a little reassurance on Saturday rather than Monday. We understand the most devastating circumstances affecting families. We have represented and grown to love many quadriplegics, brain damaged babies and their parents, widows, widowers, children who have lost their parents, and parents who have lost their children. We are not just attorneys, but counselors and friends. We look forward to serving you.

We offer a free consultation to evaluate your injury case. Take up the fight. Contact a veteran personal injury attorney at Watkins, Lourie, Roll & Chance.

It depends on who is the registered owner on the title. If it is for example "John or Mary" then she can sign. If it is the husband only then you need a bill of sale, power of attorney signed by him. You can get a blank form at DMV.

hi,ive recently found out that my father was adopted when he was a very young child, hewas given the surname of his adopted family, his birth certificate gives the surname of his real father...which is different from the name he used during his life, with this in mind would i be legally able as his son to change my surname to the one he was born with as this was his real surname. ?thankyou.
