Few people stop to realize that the government owns us all and all that we work for.. A growing government absorbs individual liberties as it asserts its own "rights". We have come to accept the unwritten law that every thing belongs to the government.. For instance, the government has given itself the right to tax. This right actually extends government ownership of the property, the wealth, and the earnings of the Citizens.. You can never truly own property, because you must pay a mortgage on it to the government in the form of taxes in order to have use of it. If you fail to pay your property taxes, the government, just as any other mortgage company will foreclose on the property and take sole ownership, and sell it at auction. This "government mortgage" will never be paid in full and they have the self given right to raise your payments at will or even to confiscate the property for their own use if they so desire. You will always be forced to make payments on property.. The same applies to both wealth and earnings. Through proxy, these, too, belong to the government. With the government right to tax, individual ownership is forfeited. When it comes to individual wealth and income, government can take whatever amount it wants for its own purposes and leave you with whatever is remaining. As with property taxes, government has the "right" to change the amount which it takes from you at its own whelm.. But, these are only two of the most blatant examples.. With each new law or ordinance passed by government, individual freedoms are lost. This is not to argue that a society does not need laws in order to function, but the necessity and purpose of many laws need some questioning. A good example of this is the "Open Container" law which is enforced in some states. If I should be riding in the back seat of your car, enjoying a cold beer, and you are pulled over, we both will be arrested, your car towed, and we will each be forced to pay a fine. All of this, even though you may have never tasted a drop of alcohol in your entire life, and no harm was done. The real purpose of this law and many others like it is nothing more than a form of revenue collection by government. Such laws need rescinding.. The next step for government is to take ownership of our own bodies and we are seeing the government attempt at the assertion of this "right" in real time.. We all are aware of the recent passage of the "Health Care Reform Act". With this legislation, the government gives itself the "right" to force individuals to actually purchase a certain service as a requirement for residency in this Country. Refusal to purchase this service results in a fine. This legislation sets a precedent, giving the government unlimited authority over the private lives and bodily health of its citizens. No one can argue the need for health care, but this is an exchange of individual freedom for health care.. As we watch government slowly taking our individual freedoms, we should all be worried that the government already considers itself the owners of our air space

Khmer is the name of the Cambodian people. Rouge is French for Red. Khmer Rouge is the communist movement led by Pol Pot. Once in power, Pol Pot depopulated the cities and tried to bring Cambodia to "year zero". He mass murdered "intellectuals" and worked people to death in labor camps. His policies resulted in the death of twenty percent of the Cambodian population.

    last will and testament.
