I have been working at a hotel from march 18th 2013 and I walked out today due to a co-worker. I told the front desk that I quit and I started crying and walked out. I don't bother to talk to them about it because the female has been there for one year. I went to school with her and I can't just say "I quit because her tone is disrespectful. I have to deal with her a lot more than I thought I would have to." If I have been there for such a short time. Why would I have to write a resignation? The manager called and said she will not accept walking out and I have to write a resignation and she wants me to come in and talk to her and see if "we can work things out and make things right." I quit my last job because of the same issue except for I was there for one year and five months. I'm quiet and shy and everyone I graduated with knows this and seems to treat my like sht because of it.. I'm also wondering is there any way she can withhold my paycheck if I don't write a resignation letter?. Dr. Bear face or whatever. You do not know how I live my daily life I am nice to everyone and try to avoid conflict, you think I like walking out? and leaving the job I just landed that I actually enjoyed doing aside from the bad personalities I have to deal with? I'm not going to tolerate someone who is not management treating my like sht because I am new. I am going to write a letter or resignation and would have in the first place If I knew one was expected. I was under the impression that if you have not been there for long you aren't expected to because that is what I have heard from others. I wouldn't know I've never left a job on such short notice. Fuck you and your outlook on life jackass. People like you is why I resort to misanthropy.. of*.

BTW - I'm fairly decent with HTML code and if anybody can suggest a tutorial site on how to do this that would be great also. thanks so much!.

I cannot put much money into this myself without any help, so I thought i'd send letters out to a couple of our big vendors asking for any kind of donations (preferably money) perhaps we can raffle money or gift cards.
