I think writing a letter will do more harm than good.. From what you've said, I think you're overreacting here. You're probably overthinking things. It's very possible that her family, boyfriend etc have not even done anything wrong, and think of you as a perfectly good person, and you just saw a couple facial expressions and took it too far. And not everyone thanks people for wishing a happy birthday on facebook, because *everyone* does that, even people you hardly know. It's not a big act of kindness or anything.. That being said, maybe her family and boyfriend don't like you. That's not a big deal. But if you blame her for that, and blow up on her on facebook, she'll feel offended and that you're insulting her family and her.. . I think the most likely thing that's going on here, is that you think you both have a stronger friendship than you really do. Maybe she doesn't even see you as a friend. Maybe in her eyes, she hardly knows you. Some people take a longer time to identify themselves as someone's "friend" than others. So if you write some heartfelt letter to her over facebook pouring out how she's not acting like a good friend and neither is her family/boyfriend, then she'll be like... "Who is this guy and why is he stalking me?" or if she does know you, then still... "Why is he being such a possessive stalker?". . If she's avoiding you, don't chase after her, and don't tell her goodbye. Your best option is just to let her go. Because no friendship really "ends"... well maybe some do, but there's usually not a specific point where you say "goodbye, we're not friends anymore"... You just slowly drift apart, going your separate ways, and maybe meeting for coffee occasionally but not really having a good time together. So you're going to have to accept that, or else...just try to be a better friend, and enjoy her company when you can, but don't chase after her.. . Don't write the letter.

. As far as the cover letter, some places require or request them, others don't. It's up to you. A cover letter is just an extension of your objective, and goes a little deeper, into how you think the company would benefit by you working there. I've always put in the intro email to a place (where i'm interested in working) "References available upon request"... Also, if you have MS Word, try looking up a Resume template, or google "CNA Resume Template", then just mix and match them to suit your own needs... VERY IMPORTANT - KEEP IT TO ONE PAGE!. Also, think of it as this... You're employment is a product, and you want to correctly & concisely "sell your skills".... . I hope this helps! If you need any further help, shoot me an email, and I can forward you one of my cover letters & resumes to look at.. Sometimes a visual is better than words.. (sorry for being so wordy & long winded, lol). . GOOD LUCK!!!

Send it to me pliz!!.

I am looking for a simple letter (not sure what it would be called), informing the tenant of a rental that they will need to move out of the rental house. They are currently renting "month to month" and there is no lease. I need to tell them, in letter form, that they need to vacate the property in 30 days. What would this letter be called and where could I find a template?.

Assuming the power of attorney was valid to begin with, you can issue a "Revocation of Power of Attorney". If you were not competent when you signed to original power of attorney, it is not valid. Without seeing the power of attorney, the actual authority granted is unknown. A power of attorney can grant only specifically listed powers, of nearly all power you have yourself. Writing a will and granting power of attorney are the only things I no that a power of attorney CAN'T allow someone to do. The power of attorney DOES NOT prevent you from acting in your own name or limit your authority in any way. Being in a psychiatric hospital, on the other hand, may restrict your ability to conduct your own affairs.
