    John Larkins is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (BA 1973) and the University of Georgia School of Law (JD 1976). Following graduation from law school, he practiced law in Athens, Georgia for 10 years. He was an instructor in legal research and writing at the University of Georgia School of Law (1977-78), and briefly served as judge pro hac vice of the county Probate Court. He joined the Atlanta law firm then known as Chilivis & Grindler in 1986, which later became Chilivis, Cochran, Larkins & Bever LLP. Mr. Larkins is listed in both Best Lawyers In America (Business Litigation) and Georgia Super Lawyers and was named in Atlanta Magazine's listing of "Best Lawyers in Atlanta" (Business Litigation). Mr. Larkins is the author of numerous publications, including the first treatise on general contract law in Georgia, Georgia Contracts: Law & Litigation, published by West.? Now in its second edition, the treatise has been cited frequently by courts.? He has chaired and spoken at several CLE Seminars on issues of corporate litigation, damages, deposition preparation and contract law. He has appeared in more than 50 appellate cases. In 2006, The Judicial Council of Georgia appointed Mr. Larkins to the Georgia Board of Court Reporting, and he chaired the Board for two years.

Word has a few of them from Avery & I think you can download something from Avery's website too.. . Open a blank Word document and go to tools. Then, create labels (this option will vary depending on your version so look for mail merge or labels). Even though you're not creating stickers, the option is still under labels. Once you have the label menu up, you can select the template. If you go to an office supply store and get the printable cards, there will be a number on them and you just look for that in the list. If you are going to cut them off card stock, you will have to go through the choices and find a template you like.

English is not my native language so I'm having a bit of problem for this topic. Also, it seems that there are differences in usage even in formal applications.. . So how do I turn these nouns into possessive nouns?. . Proper nouns ending in the "s" sound but don't end in letter s like Max, Mrs. Fox, etc. Is it Max's or just max' and what is the proper way to pronounce them?. . Proper nouns ending in S like Jesus, Mr. Jones etc. Is it Jesus's or just Jesus'? And let's say there's a guy named "Macks", Is it Macks's or Macks'?. . Singular common nouns ending in s like lass, bass, etc.. . Singular common nouns ending in the "s" sound but don't end in letter s like lace, fox, etc.. . Please help!. How about Gauss? It says "Gauss's" on my physics book..

Don't know exactly how your release form is worded, but the one I found online (see link below) gives the photographer irrevocable rights to use the image. I emphasize the word "irrevocable". If you want to keep things simple, I'd suggest that you advise the parent that you're willing to void the release provided the parent pays the difference between your discounted rate and your non-discounted rate plus a relatively reasonable "processing fee" for the paperwork and your inconvenience.
