When you inherit something, you aren't buying anything.. If I will my property and anything else I own to my Son, why should he be taxed for an estate that I have already paid taxes on? Bought paid for and nothing owed the government.. Don't forget, If he should sell the estate then he will also pay taxes. Or if he decides to live there, he will still pay taxes on the appraised value yearly.. To me it seems simple, The inheritor did not contract with the government, or anyone for that matter, not even the person who they inherited from. It should be illegal.

. Now that you have all of these things, it's time to write out your query. That you're even asking this question is a big sign to me that you haven't done your research, BUT... that doesn't mean you should fail in your attempt to contact agents or publishers..
