Should you start it, "To whom it may concern

Hi, im a 26 year old dad with 3 children of ages 7, 5 and 4.. I am married to the mother of all 3 but have been separated for the past year and a half i am on all of their birth certificates as their father and they all have my surname.. My wife (ex wife) is now with another man and is pregnant with his child, she is very childish and when she doesn't get her own way and what she wants she tells me i can no longer see my children, she has now said that she is moving (still in the same area) but says that she is not telling me where she is moving to and that she is changing my kids names by depol out of my name and says that i am no longer allowed to see them, what exactly are my rights here surely she cant do this ????. I live in Hampshire, England.

go to the social security web site it will tell you how to get one. i don't remember exactly where on the site but it is there. the confirmation number will be mailed to you. or you can call social security about it. google their website then once there search for confirmation number it will tell you how. i did it but it was months ago, but im sure if you go to their site you will figure it out. you probably will get your new card before your con number.
