why some employers ask for a COVER LETTER when you apply for a job ? i know about resume but what?

What is glass-forming melts? Thanks?

Point out your positives, leave out the negatives. You can embellish a little by saying you made small student films. Make sure if you do do that you have a little working knowledge. Always accentuate that you're hardworking and willing to learn anything and everything. Don't sound to desperate though, sound eager but not like you need it or your world will fall apart. I work in the film industry and believe me experience is vastly important but someone who is hardworking and dependable is just as important. And no matter what letter you send out, always follow up after a couple of days with a thank you note. Hope that helps.

Don't bother with a guardian and conservatorship for such a short period of time. Just give your parents a Power of Attorney to make decisions regarding your son until he turns 18. In my state, you can buy these at a stationary store or download them. They have to be notorized, but not witnessed. You need an attorney to do a guardianship because it's a court proceeding. A Power of Attorney can serve the same purpose with almost no expense.

I live in Washington State, I am 22 years old, I want to change my first, middle, and last name. How much does it generally cost? And how much work is it?.
