how do you write a good job application?
so terrified?????????
This sounds like more of a personal problem then a legal issue, between you and your aunt.. . Not to be rude but, Who cares... Some real estate agent will get a % of the sale. I would rather give that money to a family member then a stranger.
Formats aren't what they used to be - required full-block for this, semi-block for that. There are samples everywhere, but the best "type" to seek, is that of a larger corporate / law office. OR try the business department of a large college or University. Just search it out online - "memo templates" or "letter templates".
After someone gets a will or living trust done, where is it held? For example, does the person of the trust usually keep it in their home or safe deposit box? Or do they give it to someone just in case? Or does a lawyer usually hold on to it, but then how would they know if their client has passed on and now they need to execute the will?
the manuscript is disposable. Thank you for your time
