OBJECT: NOTICE OF INTENT TO EXERCISE OPTION (S) TO ACQUIRE PARTNERSHIP INTERESTS 


Dear [CONTACT NAME],

Reference is made to that certain Option to Acquire Partnership Interests Agreement dated [DATE] between the undersigned Optionee, the Limited Partnership and the General Partner (the Option). All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them by the Option.

Pursuant to Section [NUMBER] of the Option Agreement and the terms and conditions set out therein, the undersigned Optionee hereby notifies the General Partner and the Limited Partnership of the Optionees intention to exercise its option to acquire:
