WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on [DATE] the Board of Directors approved Authorizing The Signing Of Checks, adopting a Check Signing Policy (the Policy); and

WHEREAS, the Budget and Finance Committee of the Board, at an open public meeting held on [DATE], determined that the Policy should be amended to grant the [POSITION] check signing authority and increase the authority level of the [POSITION], and discussed and recommended approval of the amendment;
