Yeh you can change all your names if you wish, you can do it online through the deed poll website, it costs anywhere from about ?50 and has age restrictions. It takes a few weeks for them to complete the forms, you send some back and then they send you a certificate to say that you have changed your name. you then give these to your bank/school etc and they can change your name. It is official but you cant change your birth certificate and you have to declare your previous name when applying for credit etc!

Actually, then name ISN'T spelled wrong. You've been using the wrong name ever since, that's all. Your BC name is your legal name.. . What you need to do now is file for a change of name, relatively inexpensive but it'll take a little while.
