As to not wanting your mother's disability disputed, disability is based on mental and could see about doing t his separately but money is your mother's not yours to dispose of. To misuse the moeny could result in your being prosecuted so you have to operate in best interest or as if you were acting as the brother in the estate and then as if you are acting as her in the situation. If the money is enough for a trust, then a trust would be good. You do not say whether she is on welfare at all as the money could affect what she gets that way. However, disability is based on handicap and not on money she gets if that is based on her social security. I trust she is not at least 60 yet.. . Talk to the attorney about this and your concern. Attorrney may be able to advise you. Make sure he knows that he is representing your mother and not you at this point though.

I want to build and sell properties what plan will I need for investors. . Will I need a business plan or an industrial plan?. . Dose anyone know where I can look at sample plans. . Any input would be great thanks.

Which Template/Effect is this for Aegisub?

For example, John's Corporation, John's Company, John's Inc are all actually the same thing. John and Johnny are clearly different but in some states, they are too similar to be considered different. This rule varies state by state so check accordingly.
