• Martin joined Seder & Chandler in 2011. Martin brings substantial appellate experience to the firm from his work as an Appellate Court Attorney at the New York State Appellate Division (Third Judicial Department) and a judicial internship with the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Martin also has a tax and litigation background from his employment with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue’s Litigation Bureau. At Seder & Chandler, Martin has focused his practice in commercial and civil litigation, state appellate practice, and real estate.

  At New England School of Law, Martin served as a Comment and Note Editor on the New England Law Review.
