I always made them myself. There are programs that can do it for you but you would need to contact someone within the same kind of business as you to provide you with the right site.. . I use sattracks. It is a system that keeps track of all customers, billing, equipment, and has templates to build service agreements, contracts, whatever. Before that, I used word and typed it ALL out. As long as you are thorough and include all small details, and include a signature line-they will hold up. You can contact me if you need help though. I have made quite a few service agreements that have held-up in court, with credit card companies and charge backs, and customer disputes.

some are as simple as a phone call. Before you start, commit to keeping a complete records of who you've contacted and their phone, address, and email information to avoid duplication or confusion later on. Also, have plenty of extra copies of your marriage license ready to mail. To be on the safe side, send all name change notices through the mail registered, return receipt requested.. . What's the deal with those online kits to help people make a name change?. . Several Web sites offer Federal and state-specific, official name-change packages that one can buy online. These kits bundle blank copies of free documents one needs to file with the Court to petition for a name change. You pay in advance, then download the information and forms in PDF format or receive the kit by mail.. . Basically, a buyer pays for the convenience of getting necessary legal documents immediately rather than having to spend time gathering them oneself. Some kits also contain personal-record change forms, instructions, and a checklist to help a new bride change from her maiden name to a married name.

I am not knocking marriage here...as an institution it is a great thing...but why do women still change their name? IS a woman's name less important? That name is the one her Father or Mother gave her...the one she has been known by all her life....why would you change it just to be the same as your husband? He's your husband whatever he or you are called...some outdated tradition...it comes from the times when the Father of the bride actually gave up responsibility for his daughter...as if she were a belonging...and passed over GAVE HER AWAY...to her new husband..who then effectively OWNED HER! In those days women could not even have their own belongings everything belonged to the man...and still women are changing their names! It really is beyond me.. Oh and please don
