My sister-in-law is wants Power of Attorney for my Mother.?

Affiliate php template how to?

I got married and want to take my husbands' last name..

You must affiliate with a brokerage, build a customer and referral network and complete some transactions before you generate any income.. . As a Realtor you are an independent business person and so there will be start up costs similar to those incurred by any self-employed business owner.. Don't forget marketing, office supplies, transportation, business cards, networking groups, land line and cell phone, website, fax, printing costs, and so on.. To become successful in real estate you will also have to invest a lot of time building up your network and prospecting. None of this is paid.. . The cost just to get the license varies widely depending on which courses you choose to take, and which brokerage you chose to affiliate with.. . Go on your state's website for the department of real estate or professional licensing for specific detail on cost and course requirements.. . Also schedule some informational interviews with sales managers a a few brokerages in your area to find out what kind of dues, fees and start up costs you can expect.. . Sorry, it is impossible to give a specific answer, but plan on a few thousand up front just to get started.

I am in California also. Medi-Cal is California's program of Medicaid. They call it enhanced Medicaid. Only California has its own program. Your income for Medi-Cal with zero share of cost must be under $900 a month rather than $600 in most states. You must be in a certain classification plus you must be low income. You qualify since you are pregnant and you are also under age 21, but your income must be low too. You apply for Medi-Cal at the county Social Services office where you live. With Medi-Cal you can go to any doctor who accepts it. Most do not unfortunately. Since you are under 21 you can probably get dental work which is for children only. Adults cannot get dental any more.
