Insurance companies know our reputation for being a tough law firm that fights tirelessly for injured clients. When we take the side of an injured person, the insurance company often settles. They know that we are not afraid to go to court and treat our demands with respect. At the Delaware law firm of Weik, Nitsche, Dougherty?& Galbraith, we have built this reputation through years of courtroom success. Our lawyers have accomplished settlements and jury awards in excess of a million dollars, and we have helped the victims of nursing home abuse, slip-and-fall or trip-and-fall accidents, work injuries and defective products reclaim their lives through legal action.

Because of this, our attorneys are respected throughout Delaware. Many of our clients come from referrals: not just from clients and other attorneys, but from former jurors and medical doctors who served as witnesses for the defense. Attorney Gary Nitsche was nominated as a 2007 Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. He was also recognized as one of 2004's Best Lawyers in Delaware and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a prestigious group of lawyers who have won verdicts and settlements in excess of a million dollars.
