I really would like this job, i am applying for a position in the toronto library, and i feel like its kinda far from being good, can you please give me your opinion?. . To whom it may concern,. . I first remember stepping into the Library nearly 5 years ago, the second day I had come to Canada, I was astonished by not only its collection of books on every subject I could think of, but also the way it brought people of all ages together, whom spent hours in the library peacefully reading and educating themselves, it wasn?t long till I started spending most of my free time, reading books most of which I couldn?t understand all of, and improving my English at an incredible rate, and unto this day I have the library to thank for many of my high marks I receive on essays.. I would love working in the library whether it is helping people find what they are looking for, stack books on shelves, or any other thing that I am asked to do. I would love to be given the chance to not only achieve but also exceed all expectations set for me.. . thank you in advance.

Any business format will do. Address it to the head of the council, or mayor. For example, if you are sending it to the governing body of a city you should address it to:. . Chairman [or Chairwoman] Chris Johnson. [City Name] Council. 123 City Plaza. Hometown, [State] ZIPXX. . Check with the City Clerk's office for the correct address information.. . Start out with a brief [100 word maximum] summary of the problem. For example, "There are too many stray dogs in my neighborhood. They cause a public hazard by menacing people and pets. They also represent a public health danger due to their waste products and fleas.". . Then fill in with a page or two of details. Don't be too wordy. If more detail is needed, add an attachment.. . Summarize what you want to happen [100 words or less].. . Thank them for their attention.. . Sign and provide you contact information.. . Name. Address. . Phone. Electronic address [E-mail, etc.].

) so just write everything :D. Section B: two questions - the first is a description so u need to revise/practice how to write like a page of description for example, describe the scene in a music concert, or describe the scene in an isolated town centre. etc.. the second question is a story so u just let ur imagination run. The good thing about this question is that they give u like 5 options u can choose from for example. write a story that begins with I cant believe I just did that, OR write a story about a time you have been embarassed OR.. etc.. . Thats the first paper.. to be honest i think Paper 1 is much much easier than paper 2 and it is really easy to get a good grade.. Paper 2 is slightly different, a little harder as it is more of a nonfiction type.. . PAPER 2: section A- this is when they give u a text and u have to answer like 2 questions on it. revise things like 'what impression do we get from these lines' or 'what does the writer feel about sheffield' etc. so u use the text. Then they give u another text probably a leaflet or something and questions like 'how does this leaflet try to attract visitors to center parks'. these type of questions are easy so try to get maximum marks.. section B- this is where u are asked to write a letter usually to a formal place regarding something. for example 'write a letter to the newspaper editor regarding your opinions on the new shopping centre to be built on your street' and u have to write like advantages and disadvantages and ur opinion.. the second question is where u have to write an informal letter or an article to ur school magazine.. something less formal than the first question. for example 'write a letter to your friend who is about to run the london marathoon, include ur opinions', OR 'write an article in ur student magazine about how u can save energy at school'..
