I travel for a profession and am planning to buy a second home to use as my residency and decreased tax purposes.

where do I buy a resume form to fill out for a job application?

Does anyone know how to change your name permanently on you passport and everything not doing it on the internet and in the UK London, but I'm only 15, i don't want to do those things like you tell people a fake name forever i want to do it permanently ? thanks x. how much is it for a solicitor if i want to change it ?.

I just want to get a feel for the reasons behind why women may or may not choose to take on their husbands last name. I have been married to my wife for almost seven years, we have three children together and I am the only one in my household with my last name. All three kids have their mother's last name. My two youngest (who were born after we were married) have my last name as a second middle name, but no one but my wife and I know that. I have told my wife that I don't mind, but I am lying, I am furious... I get asked ALL THE TIME whether they are my kids are not even though they look too much like me to deny.. . I have even had people who were at our wedding ask if we were still married when they see her name listed seperately from mine. All of our bills are in two seperate names, not even a Mr & Mrs X. My wife says that she wants a "traditional" family, but she refuses to change her last name, she asked why I don't take her last name and my response was "that's not how it works.". . I am particularly enraged because I am the my father's only son and the family name will end with me since my sisters changed their names when they got married. My question is: am I being a sexist pig because I believe that a woman should change her last name when she gets married? Please only serious answers, I am truly struggling with this.. I just want to make a clarification: I have brought this issue up many times over the years, and granted we didn't bring this up prior to marriage because I didn't think it was an issue... since she talked about wanting to do things traditionally (although technically having a child before marriage is not traditional) I assumed that she would change her name. Once we were married I asked her when she was going to file the paperwork to change her name and it was then that she informed me that she had not intention of changing her name and never would.. . Have I decided to live with it, to some extent, do I understand that changes now could cause some confusion with the children sure... do I think that my children will fall into a whirlwind stupor and lose all sense of who they are because their last name changes? No, not any more than they would if I was in the military and was stationed in another country for the long term. Would it take time to adjust, sure, would it be impossible, n.

    what is 'logical data modeling'?

My 'quirky' independant friend claims she was 'kicked out of Ohio' after living alone 40 years in Florida with her two dogs and 4 birds. She is a 63 year old 'only child' I met while on-the-job doing security work for Brinks after she was burglarized.. Her mother is a widow 88 years old living alone in Ohio since her father died a year ago as a result of a car accident (that the elderly mother caused) and that the police ticketed her for.. After the car accident my friend went to Ohio to help her mother thru the transition of being alone. . Last night she returned to Florida and stopped by to tell me Merry Christmas and that she was 'kicked out of Ohio' by her uncle (her mothers brother) and that the brother had taken over and that she (my friend) was no longer needed or wanted in Ohio and could 'leave'.. She was very upset so I took her to dinner Christmas Eve where she went on to tell me her parents had accumulated a fairly large amount of money and insisted that she (the daughter) get it if her mother got worse or died so she gave her 'this power of attorney thing' signed by a notary witness.. My friend is not a 'legal person' and since no mention was made of a 'Will' of any kind she says she thought her mother gave her a piece of paper that basically said she would inherit everything if she died and that the daughter would 'somehow' take care of her in case the mother had additional falling episodes or did not survive since she was getting more and more frail and unable to walk. . When the falls continued, the daughter would call 911 but became worried if she was not there who would call? She said she then decided to put her mother in a nice nearby Ohio assisted living facility (costing $1,000 a week) where she would get round the clock care and where 'medical people' could monitor her mother 24/7. . WHEN the mothers brother's family found out that the daughter had a full power of attorney and was spending $1,000 a week for nursing care plus going out to dinner twice a day on her mothers money, they hired an attorney and filed to take away the daughters power of attorney rights making it 'null and void'-- claiming the mother was incompetent when she signed it.. As part of the incompency claim to a local judge, she claims the brother claimed his 88 year old sister should have never have signed over a power of attorney to the daughter-- because both his elderly sister AND the daughter are both unable of understanding 'legal' matters--, and from what I gather the judge must have agreed so he signed an order.. The daughter (my friend) says this is ALL a big case of 'B. S.' and simply about 'the money' and that the brother is doing all this just so he and his family can get his sisters money and assets.. My friend is now back in Florida-- sick & upset, and wonders what she 'can do' about it since she was in effect 'kicked out of Ohio' by a judge and because she is not an attorney or 'rich' and does not have access to the remaining money to hire an attorney.. Any suggestions?. Merry Christmas and may God bless you and yours for helping her out any way you can..
