Anyone know anything about what Power-of attorney actually mean??

Forming my letters rite?

However, I was little too nervous in the beginning when I was delivering the presentation.

Name experiment?

"I applied for her social security disability on her behalf at the beginning of the year. How long before they make a denial or approval for her disability claim?". . The time it takes to get approved/disapproved varies. It took me one month, but it could take somebody else longer. They have to evaluate her history, contact her docotrs, & evaluate the seriousness of her disability. (based on my experience she will be appproved) Keep in mind she will get pain sine the time she applied, & will get full medical benefits.. . "Do I have the right to take some of the money to hire a specialist for her situation or does disability office do that?". . You can be her power of attorney if she is unable to make an informed decision. Yes, you do have the right to take some of the money to help support her, as well as for her care. Just inform the SSA of this. You won't need money to pay for a specialist though as she will get full medical in which you could have it covered.. . "Could there be a misdiagnosis, another diagnosis, or a known reason for head banding, or something I can do for the head banging she has been doing for the past 8 or more months?". . I had a friend who was bipolar that use to hit himself until he passed out. The psychiatrist will evaluate her & determine if she has any other disorder or misdiagnosis. but, it's important for you to take her for a second opinion. She may need treatment in a hospital or facility at some point to get her on the proper medication, and to get a proper diagnosis. If you feel as though you can't deal with it anymore, or you just don't know how to help her, ask the psychiatrist what they would recommend. if she becomes a danger to herself or others she really needs a higher level of care than what you can give her.. . Well, I hope all of this helps. feel free to e-mail me if you have any further questions. I will do what I can to help. I have a child that is on disability for mental illness, so I can relate. Goodluck to you both!

I'm a dancer who is ready to start her own school. I have students interested, but I'm stuck at the start-up. I was, well... dum when I was younger, and my credit is really bad. I don't know where to go. HELP!.
