I am wanting to sell my house FBSO and wanting some advice. I already have my appraisal done. I am listing on the brochure that I am looking for pre-approved buyers. When/if I get a pre-approved buyer and set the agreed price, closing costs, etc...THEN WHAT? Any help would be useful. Thanks!.

I'm looking obviously for a free blog site. One that you like of course. Also it would be nice if it would be part of like a community thing where people talk about it. If that makes sense at all.. Any suggestions would be appreciated.. Thanks (:.

In my opinion, home made dog food is best!! I wouldn't feed my dog packaged dog food for anything in the world. Do you know that they actually put uthenized pets in dog food? Seriously, google it. You can also feed a raw diet (uncooked meats), which is what my dogs eat. You can find all kinds of recipes for home made dog food, treats, biscuits, either cooked or raw. Just make sure your dog is getting the calcium it needs if you decide to feed raw. You can achieve this with pulverized (into powder form) egg shells. Google home made dog food and read, educate, & make a choice. You or your dog will not be sorry! You will be helping her tremendously with home made dog food. Also, their are human foods that dogs CANNOT eat and you will also find lists of these as well. Onions, grapes, raisins, ect...

Should the New York Knicks change their name?

That's not a bad sub you're considering...Power Acoustik makes pretty decent stuff.. . As far as an amp for it...it's usually best to pick an amp and then a sub to match. But, since you've gone this far, we'll work with what you've got in mind. With a single dual voice coil 4 ohm sub that has a 500W RMS rating you'll want to find an amp that puts out somewhere in that neighborhood of wattage at 2 ohms (with that sub wired + to + & - to - in terms of polarity the amp will "see" a 2 ohm load...trust me, that's how you'll want to wire it to achieve the maximum performance of the amp as well as the sub-Fosgate has a "woofer wiring wizard" on their website that will show the best way to wire subs based on how many of them you're running and what ohm rating the single or dual voice coils of a sub have).. . When manufacturers speak of "peak power output" that's basically the biggest amount of power an amp can produce during the very occasional and short amount of time when a voltage spike (or burst) may occur. An amp's RMS (root mean square) rating is simply the amount of power that it will regularly produce. So, to answer your question...NO, you will not blow up a sub if the "peak power output" rating is higher than the subs (although if 3-4 times as high it might be a concern). You should make your sub/amp matching choices based on the RMS ratings as they're more reflective of what stresses will be placed on one component by the other.
