what is cover letter?

When you legally change your name, you can change it to anything you want.

You should probably ask this question in the buisness finance sub area of tax. it is not directly related but you will probably get a better answer there.

I really need help writing a negative letter Turning down a good client. I need to use a buffer and good will?

Ask your lawyer. If the Decree orders the name change, you might need to go back and amend the Decree to take it out. Your lawyer will know best.
