how do i write a living will that's legal without lawyers,certification,etc.?.

how do I change my last name? First steps and all that.. . Thanks!.

You can print that one, fill it out and take it to the courthouse and file it with the office of the clerk. They will give you a court date for a judge to hear your petition. It's all pretty easy to do.

You could try telling your parents what you have just said - That you love your family very much and you think King is such a beautiful last name that it seems a shame that it died out so you would like to honour your family by using it as your last name in memory of your ancestors whose line has ended.

good luck

If there is no attorney, the clerk of the probate court in your city/county should be able to provide general guidance.. . I'm sorry for your loss.
