Why should women change their last name?

In my opinion, if you are serious about landing a job you should ALWAYS submit a cover letter, regardless of the job in question.. . A well written cover letter allows you to expand upon skills, qualifications, or past experiences that you feel may be especially relevant to the position you are applying for. So, for example, if you are applying for a position at a supermarket and have a strong background in working with people, stocking shelves, handling inventory, have worked around produce, etc., then you should mention such things in your cover letter.. . Keep in mind, however, that a cover letter should not simply rehash the information that is on your resume - it should EXPAND upon it.. . Plus, as others here have indicated, a cover letter enables you to demonstrate your professionalism as well as your seriousness about the job in question.. . Good luck.

    legal advice on evictions?

Im taking a Intro to legal technology class and i don't remember my teacher covering anything about how to write a letter to a client. If someone could give me a few pointers it would be greatly appreciated. Its a rejection letter by the way, do i just straight out say that the attorney i work for doesn't want to take their case or do i sweet talk it? I do already know that the first paragraph i state exactly why im sending her the message and that i have to keep it short, so im not completely hopeless but if any lawyer or paralegal is on today and could please help i would be so grateful.. on top of that how do you prepare it for your signiture as a paralegal? Do i just end it with Sincerly my name and then hit enter a few times then put an underline for where i would sign?.
