So, here's the deal. My grandfather once to leave my sisters and I one of his houses. The reason being is because we always lived in it and my parents always paid the mortgage and kept the house nice. Now, here's the thing. He wants me to go to staples or some store like that to buy one of the legal forms so that the house will be left to me and my sisters only. I am not really sure if its the Last Will and Testament forms are the correct one's. Also, it gets tricky because my grandpa is really stubborn and he has other property like another home he owns but he doesn't want to create a will for the rest of the stuff because he rather everything else go into probate and be split among his children.. . So without getting all of his other property involved, how do he leave one of his homes to my sisters and I. I need specific directions.

it's like comparing apples to oranges. . 7) Why would gay couples need to even get legally married? It seems to be the new trend for non-gay couples to not marry and make a family? (ie. Brangelina)

Yes you can make a application for changes or correction in PAN data you need to fill up a form and provide necessary documents with the specified fees.

This would be a small real estate office with about 5 employees - mainly rental properties and the occasional sale of property.

We wrote to them asking for them to explain the bill, which they did, lying about the blood tests.. We replied asking why they didn't do more, and they replied back being very smarmy, saying that my pony was running about etc etc. We sent them dated photos of my pony on the floor, the same dates they said he was running around. They never replied.. . We have since wrote two more letters asking for a reply, and they haven't..

Short answer: No! She owns the business, not you. At best you are her employee. Also, from what you describe, you can't take a loss because you don't have any tax basis in the business. (You can't take a tax loss when you don't have any money at risk.) Tax Lady overlooked this detail. Your girlfriend reports the income and expenses on a Schedule C because a single member LLC (SMLLC) is a disregarded entity and is treated as a sole proprietorship for income tax purposes.. . Start up costs are not necessarily expensed in the year you incurred them. According to IRS publication 583: "You can elect to deduct up to $5,000 of business start-up costs and $5,000 of organizational costs paid or incurred after October 22, 2004. The $5,000 deduction is reduced by the amount your total start-up or organizational costs exceed $50,000. Any remaining cost must be amortized."
