No known safe deposit box. I thought I had copy but don't. She also had the living will, DNR, healthcare POA (me), etc. These don't matter now, but are possibly with will, if that helps anyone give me an idea on where to look. The attorney who has the law office there now has no record of a will for her, or where a copy could have been sent or stored. I was there with her 10 or more years ago when she went to make a change in it, and she spoke of the will at other times to me. I am sure that one exists. My brother and I need to find this. I am executor (sp?) for it, but am being told I can do nothing without it to show that I am. We don't want to treat this as if there isn't a will and go through all of that, when there is one somewhere. Is there some sort of registration place where we can look for a lock box assigned to her, or is there a central place where attorneys send copies of things to be stored? Any other ideas? Thank you to anyone who has an idea..

How can I start my CV without sounding cliche?

Except in the case of a secure digital signature, if the digital signature of any subscriber is alleged to have been affixed to an electronic record the fact that such digital signature is the digital signature of the subscriber must be proved.

Any qualified person that appears at the scene of the accident, such as paramedic services, are generally allowed to charge for their services, even if the patient may be unconscious. To rule that they can't would have the disastrous consequences of qualified medical personnel refusing to offer services to any accident victim unless they are conscious and agrees to such services.. . "Quasi-contracts" is a special subset of "implied contracts", because with the latter, the party being rendered services is usually aware that he/she is receiving services, whether or not there has been an express contract written or orally agreed to. In this case, the party is unconscious, which is why you're asking this question. It's a very gray area of the law.
