    Moving to Los Angeles?

No you don't in a domestic situation. All you have to do is go to the landlord or a court and tell a judge you want him to leave. Say you broke up and now he's bothering you, give them some good reasons for it too. I am sure you have some since you broke up. The court will order him to leave and you can also get a restraining order if you want!

I also don't know how to price all this. The money is not a big deal to me. All I really care about is that he gets taken care of properly while I'm gone. Should I do it as a free lease and just charge for lessons until I leave? Or should i charge just a small amount so that i can get a little help with board?. . There is a really awesome trainer at my barn who knows my horse very well. I did a year of reining lessons/training with her on Peanut and i really trust her. Would it be fair to require the leaser to take lessons from her when I leave? It would make me much more comfortable to know that the rider is getting good direction from someone I trust, rather than just doing everything on their own. But is it fair to them? The lessons are incredibly cheap, she would probably only charge $15-$25 for a couple hours a week.

Do you have to go to school for it?.
